– What are the specific fears or anxieties you experience when confronted with challenges?
– How do these affect your motivation?

Here are a few more optional reflection questions for you to start seeing yourself without judgment and to start questioning the beliefs and patterns that shape the way you think and approach challenges.

– Do I tend to stay in my comfort zone, or do I push myself to try new things?
