INGREDIENTS FOR THE BASE: 40g flavoured oat flour (we used @myproteinit cookies and cream instant oats). 20g of unflavoured flour (of your choice). 120g egg whites 60g of 0% fat, Greek yoghurt. vanilla flavoured raising agent INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING: 200ml milk (or vegetable milk) grated lemon 2 tbsp of flavoured oat flour 80g egg whites 3 drops of stevia METHOD: Oven temperature: 180 degrees Mix the flour and egg whites together, then add the yoghurt and the raising agent. Spoon the mixture into cupcake cases and place in the previously warmed oven for 15 minutes. MAKING THE FILLING: combine all the ingredients in a small pan and heat slowly, stirring continuously until it thickens. Once the cakes have cooled off, cut them in half and add the filling. Finally, melt some chocolate of your choice and pour over the Buondi’, “et Voila’!”
