INGREDIENTS FOR THE BASE:

▪️150g of oats (i used @myproteinit oats)
▪️50g Stevia or honey
▪️100g fruit puree
▪️50g cocoa

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CREAM:

▪️450g ricotta cheese
▪️350g of 0 fat greek yogurt
▪️50g Stevia or honey
▪️1 egg & 100ml egg whites (or 2 eggs)
▪️Vanilla extract

METHOD:

Put all the ingredients of the base together until you get a grainy consistency, place it in a cake tin and then let it rest in the fridge.

For the Cream :
Put all the ingredients together and taste for sweatness, add more if needed.

‼️REMEMBER: put the cake in the oven when it is off and once the cake is in the oven switch it on at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, until the top turns to have a gold colour.
